At the age of 16 Mike became certified by Caterpillar as loader/ backhoe operator.  Mike is also a certified Paramedic and Firefighter with over 17 years of service. Starting with his dads company, Mike as worked for several construction and equipment companies, before starting his own company.

Payton oversees the operations in the office and assists with filing paperwork, typically by pushing off the desk onto the floor. When he is not hard at work in the office he enjoys naps, food of any type and hunting birds.
